Debora Williams

Owner, Stylist

Debbie began her Cosmetology training in 1975 at Pisgah High School in Canton, NC graduating in 1977. After exploring other areas of the workforce, in 1987 she decided to pursue her career as a Cosmetologist. Furthering her education at Haywood Community College, she graduated with honors and earned her Cosmetology degree in 1988.

Looking toward the future, Debbie seized the opportunity to become a salon owner and established Elite Hair and Nail Salon in 2007. Throughout her career, Debbie has enjoyed continuing education seminars and workshops across the southeast, Las Vegas, and NYC, perfecting styles and techniques to offer a personalized salon experience to clients of all ages. 

While the Elite team has continued to grow, Debbie has consistently provided our community with service and friendship for nearly 40 years. She cherishes strong client and stylist relationships and would love to welcome you to the Elite Hair and Nail Salon family.  

Connie Davis Clark

Stylist

Connie graduated from Tuscola High School in 1998, and continued her education at Haywood Community College, where she first became a NC Certified Manicurist. After beginning her career in the beauty industry, Connie decided to further her education and become a licensed Cosmetologist, graduating with honors in 2006. During her training at HCC, she studied Pivot Point Design and Redken Product Knowledge, also winning awards for Evening and Formal Design.

Connie joined the Elite team in 2010, with four years of salon experience. She specializes in male and female razor cuts and color enhancing, but also enjoys pampering her clients with spa pedicures. She has recently extended her work week to better accommodate her clientele, and is now available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Taylor Smith Rogers

Stylist

Taylor is a Canton native and 2013 graduate of Pisgah High School. She joined the Elite team in 2016 as our receptionist. After two years in the salon environment, Taylor developed a desire to become a stylist. She and is now a licensed Cosmetologist, receiving her degree at Haywood Community College. 

It has been a pleasure to see Taylor continue to grow and showcase her talents in the beauty industry.

Rita Owen

Stylist

Rita joined the Elite team with 21 years of experience in the beauty industry. She graduated from Haywood Community College where she studied Redken Product Knowledge and Pivot Point Design.

Rita loves serving her existing clientele and is excited to meet new clients as she continues her career at Elite.

Mollie Lanning Bledsoe

Stylist

Mollie is a Canton native and Pisgah High School graduate. She began her career as a salon assistant and receptionist while pursuing her Cosmetology degree at Haywood Community College.

Now a licensed cosmetologist, Mollie continues to excel as stylist and is eager to explore innovative techniques to meet the needs of her clients.
